Goiânia Mayor regularizes land for 1,034 families

Goiânia Mayor Sandro Mabel has signed a decree to regularize land in the Residencial Serra Azul neighborhood, a move that provides legal security to 1,034 families. Residents who have been waiting for regularization for over 36 years can now apply for property deeds free of charge.

The initiative aims to increase property values and provide legal certainty to the community. Municipal teams are scheduled to begin collecting documentation and processing deeds starting next week.
