GoiâniaPrev establishes new in-person service hours

The Municipal Pension Institute of Goiânia (GoiâniaPrev) has established new operating hours for in-person public service. According to Ordinance No. 1.136/2026, signed by President Carolina Alves Luiz Pereira, the institute's headquarters will now provide in-person assistance from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

These services, which are subject to the official municipal calendar and holidays, include providing information and guidance, receiving and filing requests and documents, and accessing other services offered by the institute. The measure aims to ensure the continuity and regularity of service by organizing staff schedules based on service demand and personnel availability. The Administrative Directorate is responsible for monitoring and consolidating these work schedules.
