Goiás and Amazonas Nota Fiscal programs distribute over R$1.5 million in prizes
On 25 June the Goiás state Secretaria da Economia held the sixth lottery of the Nota Fiscal Goiana, handing out R$1.2 million in cash prizes. The top prize of R$50,000 went to Veralucia José Gonçalves of Anápolis, with additional R$10,000 awards to three winners and R$5,000 prizes to residents of several municipalities. A total of R$200,000 was paid to 158 registered consumers, while R$1 million was allocated to the Time Goiano do Coração football‑club fund, the Anapolina club receiving R$216,000. The program also offers IPVA tax‑discount incentives linked to ticket accumulation.
A day earlier, Amazonas state officials announced an expansion of the Nota Fiscal Amazonense campaign. A new decree raised the share of prize money directed to social entities from 40 % to 50 % and increased individual awards to a range of R$500‑R$100,000. The June draw distributed R$300,000 to 72 consumers across the capital and interior, encouraging shoppers to add their CPF to receipts. The additional funds are intended to bolster civil‑society organisations that provide assistance, income‑generation projects and other social services throughout the state.
