Gol and Sky Airline announce codeshare agreement

Gol Linhas Aéreas and Chile-based Sky Airline have entered into a bilateral codeshare agreement to enhance connectivity between Brazil, Chile, and Peru. The partnership allows both airlines to market flight combinations through their respective official sales channels, enabling passengers to book connections under a single reservation.

Through this agreement, Sky Airline passengers can connect to Gol’s domestic Brazilian network via cities such as Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Florianópolis, reaching destinations like Brasília, Curitiba, Recife, and Natal. Conversely, Gol passengers can access Sky Airline’s network in Peru and Chile, including destinations such as Lima, Cusco, Arequipa, Santiago, and Antofagasta.

The operational agreement is expected to eventually allow Sky Airline customers to accumulate miles in Gol’s Smiles loyalty program. Officials from both companies noted that the alliance aims to strengthen regional connectivity and promote tourism across the three nations.
