Gol assumes Avianca commercial representation in Brazil

Gol has assumed commercial representation for Avianca in the Brazilian market. As part of Grupo Abra, Gol's team will now manage Avianca's flight offerings, connections, and products for B2B partners, including travel agencies and corporate clients. This move aims to increase commercial synergies and simplify service for partners in Brazil, following a model where Avianca manages Gol's commercial operations in several other Latin American countries.

Separately, Grupo Abra, the parent company of Avianca and Gol, is integrating Sky Airline into its structure. Sky Airline will be controlled through a new independent company to ensure operational autonomy and governance. While the acquisition has received authorization in Peru, there remains uncertainty regarding the specific level of involvement the Paulmann Mast family—the owners of Sky—will have within the Abra Group's board or leadership.
