Gol Gana miniseries to film second episode in Rosario

The Santa Fe-based miniseries ‘Gol Gana’ is expanding its production with a second episode titled ‘El hijo del Bocha,’ which is scheduled to begin filming in Rosario at the end of September. Based on the book by Damián Andreoli, the project explores themes of football, family ties, and neighborhood life.

Renowned actor Alejandro Awada will star in this new chapter. The production is a regional initiative involving local actors, technicians, and filmmakers from the Santa Fe province. Beyond its audiovisual aspects, the project has an educational component; the Ministry of Education of Santa Fe has incorporated Andreoli’s book into the 2026 Provincial Reading Plan.

The presentation of the new episode took place at the Centro Cultural Fontanarrosa in Rosario, attended by author Damián Andreoli, actor Alejandro Awada, and provincial and municipal education and culture officials.
