Gold Royalty Corp posts record H1 2026 earnings and cash flow
Gold Royalty Corp (NYSE American: GROY) reported record first‑half 2026 results. Revenue rose to $6.7 million, up more than double year‑over‑year, and gold‑equivalent ounces increased over 40 %. Adjusted EBITDA reached $5.6 million and net income $1.8 million, a 137 % rise from the same period in 2025. The company closed the quarter with over $11.3 million in cash, no debt and an unused $150 million credit facility.
CEO David Garofalo said the strong performance “lays the foundation for an eventful second half,” highlighting upcoming milestones such as first production at the Ren project, construction start at South Railroad, commercial and full‑scale production at Vareš, and expansion studies at Borborema, Côté, Granite Creek, Jerritt Canyon and a planned second shaft at Odyssey.
