Golden State Warriors players react to roster issues and NBA rule changes

Golden State Warriors players and NBA officials are addressing different aspects of the team's performance and league-wide rule changes. Stephen Curry acknowledged that while the Warriors had opportunities to strengthen the roster following their 2022 championship, not all moves were successful. He noted that injuries to key players significantly impacted the team's performance in recent seasons.

Separately, the NBA has announced a stricter approach to officiating regarding 'off-arm push offs' to prevent offensive players from using their free arm to displace defenders. Monty McCutchen, NBA Senior Vice President, clarified that while players may still use contact to establish position, forceful pushing or fully extending the arm will be deemed illegal. However, Warriors player Draymond Green expressed skepticism regarding the consistency of these new guidelines, suggesting that such strict enforcement often fades once the regular season begins.
