Golden State Warriors scouting Dash Daniels in Australia

NBA scouts from several teams, including the Golden State Warriors, Oklahoma City Thunder, Orlando Magic, Portland Trail Blazers, and Houston Rockets, are traveling to Australia to evaluate 2027 NBA Draft prospect Dash Daniels.

Daniels, an 18-year-old guard playing for Melbourne United and the younger brother of Dyson Daniels, is being scouted during the NBL Blitz in Bendigo. The Warriors are reportedly monitoring the prospect as a potential long-term successor to Stephen Curry, given Curry's age and upcoming contract status.
