Goldene Henne 2026 to be hosted by Florian Silbereisen and Esther Sedlaczek

The 32nd annual Goldene Henne awards, Germany’s largest audience award, will take place on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the Leipzig Messe. The ceremony will honor personalities in the categories of Entertainment, Film & Television, Music, and Sport.

For the first time, Florian Silbereisen will co-host the gala alongside Esther Sedlaczek. This marks Silbereisen’s fifth consecutive year hosting the event. While Sedlaczek has previously appeared at the awards as a nominee and laudatory speaker, this will be her premiere as a co-moderator.

The event is expected to host approximately 4,500 spectators and will be broadcast live on ARD starting at 20:15. Winners are determined by public vote.
