Golding Green development launches first home sales in Kinsealy
The Land Development Agency and Fingal County Council have announced the application process for the first 50 homes at the Golding Green development in Kinsealy, located between Clarehall and Malahide. Once complete, the project will provide a total of 193 starter and social homes.
The properties are being sold through the Starter Homes Purchase Scheme, a shared equity program designed to assist eligible buyers who cannot fully finance a home through personal savings and mortgages alone. Under this arrangement, Fingal County Council holds an equity interest in the property, which is repaid when the home is sold or by the owner at a later date.
Prices for the initial phase start at €380,000 for two-bedroom houses and from €440,000 for three-bedroom houses. The development, built by Lydon, features A-rated energy efficiency and includes amenities such as a crèche, public open spaces, a football pitch, and pedestrian and cycle links. The site is served by bus services and the Portmarnock DART station.
