Goldman Sachs lowers Aroundtown target; Eni and Enel market updates

Goldman Sachs has lowered its price target for the real estate company Aroundtown from 2.70 euros to 1.90 euros. Analyst Jonathan Kownator maintained a 'Neutral' rating, citing adjustments following a mixed half-year report and expectations of higher capital costs.

In energy sector news, Eni's stock has demonstrated strong performance, reaching a closing price of 22.79 euros on the Borsa Italiana as of August 28, 2026. This represents a 41.20 percent increase since the start of the year. The current price remains approximately 11 percent below the average analyst target of 25.32 euros. Eni is also traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

Additionally, Bernstein Research has maintained a 'Market-Perform' rating for Enel, setting a price target of 9.80 euros. The firm noted that higher inflation may provide some support to Italian regulated utilities despite potential regulatory adjustments to capital returns.
