Golf facilities in Florida and Pennsylvania announce major developments

PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, has announced the development of the Triple Stick Golf Club, a new members-only enclave. The project includes a redesigned golf course and an elegant clubhouse, following the routing of the former Estates Course. The 807-acre destination was acquired in 2025 by Henderson Park in a joint venture with South Street Partners and Salamander Collection.

In Pennsylvania, Spirit Golf Management has announced a $25 million project to construct a new 27,000-square-foot clubhouse at Five Ponds Golf Club in Warminster Township. The facility will include an event space for up to 250 guests, a pro shop, multiple kitchens, and an indoor teaching studio with four golf simulators. The project aims to expand dining and event capabilities for the municipal facility while supporting year-round play.
