Collegiate women's golf: Tournament results from Red Sky and Yellowstone

In collegiate women's golf, several tournaments are underway. At the Golfweek Red Sky Classic, the Ball State women's golf team moved into a tie for 15th place after shooting a +4 (292) in the second round. Freshman Taylor Larkins led the team with a -4 (68) round, while sophomore Ashley Kirkland climbed into a tie for 26th. Meanwhile, UNC Asheville sits in 20th place at the same event with a 36-hole score of 610 (+34), led by Breanna Hoese.

At the Yellowstone Intercollegiate in Bozeman, Montana, the North Dakota State women's golf team finished the first day in third place with a total of 594 (+18). Norah Roberts held a tie for fifth place individually. Creighton University opened its fall season at the same tournament, finishing in 11th place. Montana State claimed the team title at the Yellowstone Intercollegiate, while Mallory Uselman of North Dakota earned individual medalist honors.
