Golgi expands Cajamar logistics complex to 148,000 m²

Golgi, a joint venture between Arch Capital and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, has completed the second phase of its Golgi Cajamar logistics complex in São Paulo, Brazil. The expansion includes a new 54,000 square meter warehouse, bringing the total leasable area (ABL) of the complex to approximately 148,000 square meters.

With this completion, the Cajamar site becomes the largest logistics asset in the company’s Brazilian portfolio. The new Class A (Triple A) facility features 12-meter high ceilings, flooring capable of supporting 6 tons per square meter, sprinkler fire suppression systems, and automatic dock levelers. The company reports a storage efficiency rate of 91%.

The expansion arrives amid low vacancy rates in the Cajamar region, which serves as a major distribution hub for the São Paulo Metropolitan Area. The complex is strategically located with access to the Edgar Máximo Zambotto Highway and connections to the Anhanguera, Bandeirantes, and Rodoanel Mario Covas highways, supporting e-commerce, retail, and industrial distribution operations.
