Golosaria 2026 food and wine fair to be held in Milan

The 21st edition of Golosaria, a major Italian artisanal food and wine fair, is scheduled to take place at Fiera Milano Rho from October 31 to November 2, 2026. This edition will feature a logistical change, moving to Pavilion 8 to provide a renewed exhibition layout and improved accessibility for the 400 participating companies.

Under the theme “The taste of creating tomorrow,” the event will focus on generational turnover, digital innovation, and supply chain sustainability. The exhibition will be organized into macro-areas including Agorà, Food, Wine, and Street Food, alongside specialized sections for agro-food startups, families, and enotourism.

The program includes over 50 events, such as masterclasses, award ceremonies, and talk shows. Featured highlights include tributes to guest regions Calabria, Liguria, and Sicily, as well as the presentation of the Top Hundred wine selection and the IlGolosario guide awards.
