Gonzalo Bueno loses Liberec Challenger final to Jan Kumstát

Peruvian tennis player Gonzalo Bueno, the defending champion, was defeated 6-3, 6-1 by Czech wildcard Jan Kumstát in the Challenger 75 final at Liberec, Czech Republic on 2 August 2026. Kumstát, ranked No. 508, dominated with six aces to Bueno's two and a first‑serve win rate of 53% versus Bueno's 44%, converting 90% of his first‑serve points.

The victory gave Kumstát the title on home clay, while Bueno, ranked No. 160, fell short of defending his crown despite reaching the final for the second consecutive year.
