Good Choice Entertainment to host large-scale idol festival in Tokyo

Good Choice Entertainment (GCE) has announced the “Gigamori MAX LIVE” idol festival, scheduled to take place from October 9 to October 12, 2026, at the Ueno Park Water Music Hall in Tokyo.

Building on the success of the “Megamori MAX LIVE” held during Golden Week 2026, which featured over 140 idol groups, this new event will bring together more than 100 idol and musical artists over four days. Confirmed performers include Rain Tree, @onefive, Tokyo CuteCute, Red Radiance, Uppupp Girls (Kari), Kamen Joshi, Junjou no Affilia, and Finally.

GCE aims to leverage its experience in organizing large-scale food festivals, which attract over 700,000 visitors annually, to create a unique entertainment space. The company plans to integrate food festival elements with live music to attract both dedicated idol fans and general visitors to the Ueno area.
