Good Long Life launches innovative movement circuit in Aschheim, Germany

Good Long Life opened a 40‑minute movement circuit in the centre of Aschheim, combining motorised mobilisation devices, intelligent EGYM strength equipment and a final massage. The project was created by founders Francisco Arcón and Monika Staffansson to provide a calm, well‑structured workout that supporters can repeat at their own pace, addressing the low proportion of German adults meeting recommended muscle‑strengthening activity levels.

Separately, the German platform ems‑training.de, which offers professionally supervised whole‑body EMS sessions lasting about 20 minutes once a week, earned the afgis quality logo and a certification from the Stiftung Gesundheit. The seals aim to guide consumers toward reliable information on EMS training’s efficacy, safety and suitability, reinforcing the growing importance of muscle health in Germany.
