Good Lood launches campaign against customer harassment

The Polish ice cream brand Good Lood has launched a campaign to combat the lack of respect and harassment faced by its employees. The initiative specifically addresses the frequent use of vulgar, inappropriate, and sexually suggestive comments directed at service staff, such as jokes regarding the phrase ‘making an ice cream’.

In its communications, the company emphasized that workers in gastronomy, retail, and cleaning services deserve respect regardless of their profession. Good Lood has implemented a policy allowing staff to refuse service to customers who direct vulgarities or disrespectful behavior toward them.

Beyond addressing the perpetrators, the campaign also calls on bystanders to intervene when they witness such behavior. The brand has provided suggestions for quick, firm responses to help staff set boundaries without engaging in lengthy confrontations. The campaign has received significant support on social media platforms like LinkedIn, where many users shared similar experiences from the service industry.
