GoodStorage opens new self-storage unit in Itaim Bibi

GoodStorage, a specialist in urban self-storage, has inaugurated its first unit in the Itaim Bibi neighborhood of São Paulo. This new facility is part of the company's expansion plan within the capital.

The building covers a total built area of 4,952.05 square meters across twelve floors, a basement, a ground floor, and a technical roof. Located on Rua Tabapuã, the structure is designed to serve both businesses and residents in one of São Paulo's primary financial and commercial hubs. The facility features three high-capacity elevators for cargo and customer movement, as well as a loading dock for trucks.

Thiago Cordeiro, founder and CEO of GoodStorage, stated that the launch reinforces the company's strategy to occupy central regions with solutions aligned to modern urban dynamics. The unit offers storage boxes ranging from approximately 1 square meter to 60 square meters.
