GoodWe and Midea unveil new residential energy storage solutions
At the Solar & Storage Live Italia event, GoodWe introduced the ESA All-in-One residential energy storage solution. This integrated system combines an inverter, battery, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) into a single, pre-wired tower structure. Utilizing LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) cells for thermal stability and longevity, the system features an automatic switching time of less than 4 milliseconds, allowing sensitive appliances to remain powered during grid interruptions.
Midea has also expanded its residential ecosystem with two new products: the PowerInfi G2 All-in-One storage system and the H-Pack compact heat pump. The PowerInfi G2 integrates a hybrid inverter and batteries into a single cabinet, offering single-phase (3-8 kW) and three-phase (5-15 kW) versions with expandable capacities up to 60 kWh. Its DC-DC architecture allows for independent module operation and easy expansion. Additionally, the H-Pack is an air-to-water heat pump designed for indoor installation, eliminating the need for an external unit and making it suitable for buildings with architectural constraints.
