Goodwyn Mills Cawood to expand Greenville office

Architecture and engineering firm Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) has announced plans to expand its Greenville office located at The Commons. The expansion will add more than 3,800 square feet to the existing 10,000-square-foot space, bringing the total to approximately 13,800 square feet.

The project aims to accommodate future staff growth by adding roughly 30 workstations and various collaborative areas. New features will include updated conference rooms, an enhanced interiors workroom, a materials library, and a dedicated project center for building physical models.

Construction is scheduled to begin in August 2026, with the firm expecting to occupy the expanded space by January 2027. GMC noted that the location at The Commons supports its culture and allows the team to remain close to local projects.
