Google Calendar adds widescreen display options
Google has introduced new appearance settings for the web version of Google Calendar that allow the interface to expand across the full width of large monitors. The option, announced on the Google Workspace blog, can be enabled in the Appearance menu and offers three density variants to better organise events on wide screens.
The rollout is being performed progressively; users may see the setting appear within a few days, and Google expects it to be available to all users by the end of August 2026.
