Google asks Pixel owners to contact support over boot‑loop glitch

After a software update rolled out in March, numerous Google Pixel smartphones—from the Pixel 6 through the Pixel 10—began freezing on the startup screen or repeatedly rebooting, a condition known as a boot‑loop. Google has classified the issue as a top‑priority (P0) problem and is urging affected users to reach out directly to the official Pixel customer‑support channel, advising them to label their request as “Reboot‑Loop problem after recent software update.”

The company noted that the fault can arise from the March, April or May updates and that the symptoms vary; some users can enter recovery mode, but a factory reset would erase all stored data. Google has also contacted certain users to offer beta updates that may resolve the issue, but no universal fix has been released yet.
