Google Cloud expands ecosystem through Proofpoint and SQD partnerships

Google Cloud has expanded its ecosystem through new strategic partnerships with cybersecurity firm Proofpoint and blockchain data provider SQD.

Proofpoint has joined the Google Unified Security Recommended Program, an invite-only initiative. The partnership focuses on deep technical integration between Proofpoint’s people-centric cybersecurity platform and Google Cloud Security solutions. The collaboration aims to help enterprises simplify security operations and enhance protection for data and AI across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Separately, SQD is partnering with Google Cloud to power its Blockchain Analytics service. Through its enterprise division, SQD 360, the company provides indexing and data pipelines that feed validated information from over 225 blockchain networks into Google Cloud BigQuery. This integration is designed to transform raw blockchain data into actionable insights for analysts and developers by applying six cryptographic checks to ensure data accuracy.
