Google Cloud expands training in Brazil and partners with TIM for cybersecurity

Google Cloud has announced a new edition of its Capacita+ program, a hybrid training initiative providing free education in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. The program aims to qualify 200,000 people in this edition through a network of over 150 universities and technical institutions in Brazil. This expansion follows Google Cloud's decision to triple its training goal from 1 million to 3 million Brazilians in the coming years.

In a separate strategic move, TIM Brasil has partnered with Google Cloud to include the Google Security Operations platform in its corporate service plans. The platform serves as a cybersecurity hub designed to detect, manage, and combat cyber threats using artificial intelligence and automated response mechanisms. This partnership aims to strengthen TIM's B2B offerings by providing enterprise clients with advanced tools for monitoring and threat anticipation.
