Google introduces free AI‑powered Enem practice tool on Gemini

Google has launched a free Enem (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio) simulation experience inside its Gemini AI platform. The tool provides on‑demand questions, performance diagnostics and personalized study plans, and is being rolled out gradually through the Gemini app and the AI‑enhanced search mode. The Enem 2026 exams are scheduled for 8 and 15 November.

At the same time, educators are warning students to use generative AI such as ChatGPT responsibly while preparing for the exam. Marcelo Moreno, a professor at Faculdade Anhanguera, says AI can help explain complex topics, generate summaries and create practice questions, but it should not replace active learning. He cautions that over‑reliance may erode critical thinking and problem‑solving skills required for the test.
