Google introduces personalized news source settings

Google has introduced a new tool called ‘preferred sources’ to allow users to customize their search results. This feature enables users to select specific news websites that they want to appear more frequently in their search results, particularly within the ‘Top Stories’ section.

When multiple preferred sources are selected, Google will display a personalized news feed titled ‘From your sources’. The feature is currently available in Switzerland and requires users to be logged into a Google account. Users can manage these settings through Google preferences or directly via the search interface by clicking a specific icon next to the headlines section.
