Google launches Pixel 10 smartphone with magnetic charging
Google introduced the Pixel 10 smartphone on 20 August 2025. The device features a 6.3‑inch AMOLED display with a dynamic 60‑120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3000 nits. It is powered by the new Tensor G5 processor built on a 3 nm process, paired with 12 GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 128 GB to 1 TB. The camera system includes a 48 MP main sensor, a 13 MP ultra‑wide lens and a 10.8 MP telephoto lens, while the 4970 mAh battery supports 30 W fast charging and a magnetic charging method branded "Pixelsnap". Google promises seven years of Android updates starting with Android 16.
In Germany, MediaMarkt is promoting a bundle that sells the 128 GB Pixel 10 for €569 and includes a €50 case for free. The offer highlights the phone’s triple‑camera setup, 24‑hour battery life, and high‑brightness display, positioning it as a competitive choice in its price class.
