Google Pixel 11 series launches with Tensor G6 and Gemini Intelligence

Google has released the Pixel 11 series, featuring the new Tensor G6 processor and enhanced camera capabilities. The lineup includes the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold, alongside the Pixel Watch 5.

A central feature of the new hardware is Gemini Intelligence, an AI foundation designed to evolve Android into an intelligent system. This includes new AI-driven functionalities such as ‘Rambler’ (AI voice input), which can interpret intent and clean up spoken text by removing stutters and corrections, and improved wireless data migration between generations.

In the Japanese market, purchasing options vary between the Google Store and major carriers. The Google Store offers the lowest base price for the Pixel 11, while carriers like au and SoftBank provide significant savings through device return programs. Rakuten Mobile also offers competitive pricing through point rewards. Additionally, unused Pixel 11 units have appeared in the secondary market shortly after launch.
