Google Pixel 11 faces gaming issues with Genshin Impact
Google's new Pixel 11 flagship smartphone series is experiencing significant graphical issues when running the popular mobile game Genshin Impact. Users across the entire lineup—including the standard, Pro, Pro XL, and Pro Fold models—have reported severe visual glitches, such as flickering textures and screen tearing, rendering the game nearly unplayable.
The technical issue stems from the Tensor G6 chip, which utilizes a PowerVR GPU from Imagination Technologies. According to reports, the PowerVR hardware does not meet the minimum requirements set by the game's developer, HoYoverse. This follows similar graphical problems encountered by the previous Pixel 10 series.
Google has confirmed the issue and stated they are working directly with HoYoverse to find a solution. A fix is expected to be implemented through a future update of Genshin Impact, though no specific release date has been provided.
