Google Play Store releases five paid Android games for free

The Google Play Store announced a limited‑time promotion offering five normally paid Android games at no cost. The offer, launched on 5 August 2026, does not specify an end date, and any titles added to a user’s account remain permanently available after the promotion ends.

The games included are Empire Defender Offline (tower‑defence RPG), Zombie Age 2 Premium (zombie shooter), Epic Heroes War Premium (RPG‑strategy hybrid), Soul Huntress (action RPG) and Grow Dungeon Hero (idle RPG). The promotion is part of Google’s regular effort to expand Android users’ game libraries and is available to all Play Store users worldwide.

Users are urged to claim the titles promptly to ensure they are added to their library before the free period expires.
