Google rolls out fix for Spotify errors in Android Auto

Google has begun rolling out a fix for a technical issue that prevented some users from launching Spotify within Android Auto. For approximately one week, drivers encountered a brief pause followed by a “Spotify is not responding” error message when attempting to use the application in their vehicles.

While some users attempted workarounds, such as clearing the Spotify cache or exiting beta programs, these methods were not universally effective. Google confirmed that a patch has been prepared and is being distributed via updates. Depending on the device and update cycle, the application should return to normal functionality as the rollout progresses.
