The premium smartwatch market is seeing intense competition between the Google Pixel Watch 5, Samsung Galaxy Watch 9, and Apple Watch Series 11, with a heavy emphasis on advanced health monitoring and AI-driven insights.

Apple’s Watch Series 11 focuses on hypertension notifications and workout coaching, deeply integrated into the iOS ecosystem. The competition has shifted from simple metric tracking to how effectively these devices use AI to interpret sensor data into actionable health trends.
