Google Pixel Watch 5 specs revealed ahead of Aug 12 launch
Google is set to unveil its Pixel Watch 5 at the Made by Google event on 12 August 2026 in New York. Leaked specifications show the watch will retain the 41 mm and 45 mm Actua 360 LTPO AMOLED display with up to 3,000 nits brightness, but will upgrade to a Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 “Accelerated” processor, 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. Battery capacity is listed as 332 mAh for the 41 mm model and 465 mAh for the 45 mm version, with estimated endurance of 30 hours and 40 hours respectively. The device will ship with Wear OS 7.0 and Google’s Gemini Intelligence, and will feature a new sport band made from hydrogenated nitrile‑butadiene rubber (HNBR).
Alongside the watch, Google will launch the Pixel 11 smartphone family at the same event. The lineup—Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold—will be powered by the new Tensor G6 chipset and run Android 17. Reported specs include 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM, storage starting at 256 GB, and camera systems with up to 30× Super Zoom. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is said to have a large 8‑inch outer display, 16 GB RAM and up to 1 TB storage. Google has indicated that pricing will be dynamic, with the standard Pixel 11 expected to start around US$899, roughly $100 higher than the previous generation, reflecting global memory cost pressures.
