Google Workspace tools see updates in licensing and AI automation guidance
Yoshidumi Information, a Google Workspace Premier Partner, has released a free digital handbook titled ‘Google Workspace Studio Handbook’ to assist organizations in utilizing no-code AI agent creation features.
Google Workspace Studio allows users in specific Business, Enterprise, and Education editions to automate tasks such as summarizing, classifying, and transferring data triggered by emails or chat messages without writing code. The handbook aims to address common corporate challenges, such as identifying which business processes are suitable for automation and establishing organizational frameworks for deployment.
Separately, Lolipop! Rental Server has updated its Google Workspace offering, allowing customers to add licenses mid-contract. Additional licenses are billed on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current contract period, supporting teams that need to scale their account numbers as their membership grows.
