Googlebook enables bootloader unlocking and Magisk support
Google has officially documented the ability to unlock the bootloader on new Googlebook devices. This feature is intended for developers and advanced users to install custom operating systems and test applications.
John Wu, the creator of Magisk, has announced that he is working to bring his rooting tool to the platform. While the bootloader unlocking capability is confirmed, Magisk support is still in development, with Wu stating that new code and instructions are expected in the coming days.
