Google's Find Hub app now lets users delete old Bluetooth devices

Google has rolled out a silent update to its Find Hub application on Android, adding a feature that lets users remove previously paired Bluetooth headphones, earbuds and speakers from the device list. The option appears as a button in the app, with placement varying by brand—for example, under the settings icon for Sony WH‑1000XM6, directly on the main screen for older Sony LinkBuds, and similarly for Pixel Buds, Nothing, JBL and OnePlus devices.

The change addresses long‑standing complaints that discarded devices continued to show up in Find Hub, cluttering the list and posing a privacy risk. Users reported the new removal function on Reddit and other forums shortly after the update began reaching devices worldwide.
