Goran Bare and Majke cancel Makarska concert due to illness

Goran Bare, lead singer of the rock band Majke, had to abruptly end a performance at the Modro i zeleno festival in Makarska after failing to complete even the first song. The band announced that Bare was not feeling well, stating that his “body and voice did not hold up” despite his desire to perform for the supporting audience.

Following the incident, the band issued an apology to the fans, organizers, and the Makarska Tourist Board. They have announced a two-month hiatus to allow Bare to rest and recover, with plans to return to performing in December. As a result of this health-related break, the band’s scheduled concert in Osijek on September 25 has also been canceled.
