Goran Bare, frontman of Majke, laid to rest in Vinkovci

Hundreds of people gathered in Vinkovci to attend the funeral of Goran Bare, the legendary frontman of the rock band Majke, who passed away at the age of 62. The service was held at the City Cemetery, where his family, including his parents and his son Miran, laid red roses at his grave.

During the service, a priest delivered an emotional eulogy that addressed both Bare's musical legacy and his personal struggles, including his battles with addiction and the dissolution of his marriage. Colleagues and fellow musicians from across the region, including Zoran Kostić Cane of Partibrejkers and former bandmate Zoran Čalić, were among those present to pay their respects.

A commemoration in honor of the musician is also expected to be organized in Zagreb in the coming week.
