Gordon Ramsay opens The Carnaby at Downtown Disney District

Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, a new British-themed restaurant, has opened in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. The establishment is inspired by the 1960s cultural revolution of London’s Carnaby Street, featuring a design that incorporates plush interiors, bold British pop art, and a soundtrack of ‘British Invasion’ hits.

The menu focuses on elevated British comfort food and signature dishes from Chef Ramsay, including Beef Wellington, Fish & Chips, Bangers & Mash, and Cottage Pie. The restaurant also offers globally influenced options such as chicken Milanese and chickpea tikka masala. Dining areas include signature booths, a bar, a back patio, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the district.
