Gorillaz to perform in Montreal and Toronto during 2026 tour

The virtual band Gorillaz is scheduled to perform as part of 'The Mountain Tour' in October 2026. The group will appear at the Centre Bell in Montreal on October 3 and at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on October 4.

The tour follows the release of their ninth studio album, 'The Mountain', which was released on February 27, 2026. The album features diverse instrumentation and multilingual performances, including English, Arabic, Hindi, Spanish, and Yoruba. The tour will include support from artists Little Simz and Deltron 3030.

Gorillaz, formed in 1998 by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, is recognized as the most successful virtual group, holding a Guinness World Record. The band's performances have evolved from purely animated screens to featuring the creators visible on stage.
