Gotha Police investigate emergency number misuse in Eisenach

Police in Eisenach (Wartburgkreis) have launched an investigation into a 55-year-old man for the misuse of the emergency number 110. During the night, the individual made multiple calls to the emergency line that held no police relevance.

Authorities have issued a warning stating that faking emergency situations or repeatedly calling emergency numbers without a valid reason constitutes a criminal offense and will be prosecuted.
