GoTo Vice President Director Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo resigns

Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo has resigned from her position as Vice President Director and Deputy CEO of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), effective August 28, 2026. The company stated that her decision was based on personal and family commitments.

GoTo expressed appreciation for Sutjahyo’s contributions to the company’s growth and noted that the leadership change is a normal part of organizational evolution. The company has prepared a succession plan to ensure business and operational continuity. Management emphasized that the resignation will not negatively impact the company’s legal, financial, or operational standing.

In accordance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations, GoTo will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) on October 14, 2026, to seek formal approval for the resignation. Sutjahyo joined Gojek in 2018 and was promoted to her current role in 2025.
