Gottardi and Orsi Toth win 2026 Italian Beach Volleyball Championship

Valentina Gottardi and Reka Orsi Toth have secured their second consecutive Italian Beach Volleyball Championship title. The duo won the 2026 Campionato Italiano Assoluto in Caorle by defeating Giada Benazzi and Erika Ditta with a 2-0 score (21-17, 21-11).

Throughout the tournament, Gottardi and Orsi Toth maintained a dominant performance, securing six victories over three days and dropping only a single set. This victory marks the third national title for both athletes in their respective careers. For Gottardi, this win follows her 2022 title in Caorle, while Orsi Toth previously won in 2024.

The podium was completed by Aurora Mattavelli and Claudia Puccinelli, who took third place after defeating Fezzi and Belliero Piccinin.
