Gourmet Kineya and Mannoya to open Wagyu restaurant in Osaka

Gourmet Kineya Restaurant and Mannoya have announced the launch of a new joint brand, ‘Sukiyaki Shabu-shabu Kineya Mannoya’, with its first location opening in Namba, Osaka, on September 1.

The restaurant specializes in authentic Wagyu sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, featuring a personalized dining style where each guest uses an individual pot. This allows customers to select meat based on their specific preferences and budget. The menu highlights ‘Mannoya Wagyu’, a high-quality black Wagyu beef selected by Mannoya based on strict criteria regarding long-term fattening and fat melting points.

In addition to premium beef cuts like loin and brisket, the establishment offers over 10 types of seasonal vegetables and various finishing options, including fresh ramen, shiso somen, and Banshu udon. The Namba location will serve as a flagship store to establish a brand model. Following an evaluation of customer response and operations, the companies plan to consider expansion into major domestic cities and potentially overseas markets.
