Nicaragua's Ministry of the Interior reported providing 116,740 citizen services between September 19 and September 25, 2026. The General Directorate of Migration and Foreign Affairs accounted for the largest portion with 68,246 services, including visas, passports, and residency procedures. The National Penitentiary System provided 36,411 services to inmates and their families, while the Fire Department responded to 786 emergencies and conducted 4,415 preventive activities.

In Venezuela, the National Institute of Land Transport (INTT) announced a special mobile service operation running from September 29 to October 3, 2026. The initiative aims to facilitate vehicle documentation and legal mobility without intermediaries. Scheduled locations include various municipalities in the states of Falcón, Lara, Portuguesa, and Guárico.
