Governor Claudio Poggi promotes private‑sector growth in San Luis factories

Governor Claudio Poggi visited the Poligraf plant in Villa Mercedes, a flexible‑packaging facility owned by the Georgalos group. He highlighted the recent adoption of advanced technology that has doubled production in two years and noted the plant’s 40 current employees, with the potential to create additional jobs as the company expands.

Poggi also inaugurated the new Pantagruel Alimentos factory in Juana Koslay, a 700‑square‑metre gastronomic facility equipped with modern equipment capable of producing up to 6,000 portions per shift. During the ceremony, the governor, together with provincial minister Federico Trombotto and local officials, stressed the provincial government's role in facilitating private investment through financing, technical assistance, and public‑private coordination, positioning the new plant as a model for job creation in San Luis.
