Governor Kataria highlights Punjab and Chandigarh initiatives

Gulab Chand Kataria, the Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh, released a special edition of the official magazine ‘Sankalp’ titled ‘2 Years with Punjabis: Service, Dedication and Development’. The publication highlights developmental activities, public participation, and various initiatives undertaken in Punjab and Chandigarh over the past two years.

In his message, Kataria emphasized his connection to the region, noting his ongoing campaign against drug abuse, which included a 100-kilometer march spanning 25 days to engage with students, families, and social organizations. He also commended the community's spirit of service demonstrated during recent floods.

The magazine covers progress in Chandigarh across several sectors, including education, sports, environment, digital administration, healthcare, public transport, and social welfare, as well as scholarships and awards for athletes.
